Happy In HIS Miracles

It all started from that moment when I closed my eyes one night, dreaming of how does the other side of the world looks like. Since then, every day I held that thought.

I sometimes looked at the stars that are amazingly positioned in the sky, and could not help but ask myself these questions over and over again – “What if I would be able to go to a place where I have never been before, like a place where it seems too far from reality. How does it feel to be in a place where it seems impossible to reach for the many, but could possibly be done with the help of these beautiful stars up above. Who knows...maybe someday.” Those were my thoughts and feelings, maybe bizarre, but it led me to a decision to get where I am at right now. Those thoughts may be simple and seem easy to accomplish, but I know it was not.

Every now and then, I have asked for signs from Him. He did give me an answer. It was not a straightforward “Yes” or "No" answer but He gave me challenges to overcome.I am a teacher by profession. It was not really out of a personal decision that I become a teacher. Becoming a teacher for me was about getting out of my comfort zone and taking risks. I believe that just like a plant, I need to expose myself to the sun for me to grow and to become bigger than who I was. Going after my dream to be in a brand new place to work and live is yet another way of getting out of my comfort zone to grow and to grow even amidst the thorns and fences along the way.

My desire to grow never faded... even up to the time when I was becoming like a dried-up plant as I always chase the sun (my goals)...even up to the time when death seems just an inch from me. I know that was not the end of everything yet, not yet, not unless He says I’m done here.

In my journey to the USA, He let me experience meeting people who become my torch in walking into my dreamland. He even let me do things that I had never done before. The soulful I pray, the more I see His plans clearly. Kaleidoscope world is where I am as I walk with His instruments and as I walk with Him being happy with his miracles.
